Im stuck in time again I was born on land, and never learned how to fly until you took my hand, until you took my hand And its not too difficult, difficult to see that we’re all together, you and me You’re stuck in time again I was always alone, and never learned how to swim, and it chilled me to the bone, to finally find out this place And its not too difficult, difficult to see that we’re all together, you and me We’re stuck in time again

Humanize 07:54
I thank you for the courage and helping see the truth, the moment it is growing, uniting the youth Close to what most would call a ghost, I see you, and without your fear of the truth so can you A mountainous journey to the top of the sun, only to help me realize that we have begun, Going down into the waters of the birthplace of our lives, searching till we’re blinded and just barely alive Downward isn't negative to bottom feeders full - as upwards isn’t positive to birds who feel the pull

Anonymous 03:27
The leaves have changed yet again, it seems our world may come to an end and can you tell me what im do to cuz’ all these stories and lies got me feelin blue Won’t you please tell me, what im to do? cuz all these stories and lies got me feelin’ blue I’ts been our fears that have kept your plans aligned, and its come too near we must keep ourselves alive , and its been too long, I will show you right from wrong Please come near me and ill show you what goes on

Won't come back no more I know you're hoping that I'm joking And you're holding onto something I can't feel no more Keep your kisses on your lips Keep your hands on your hips Woohoo I won't turn back again Sinner and saint, a fool I ain't Can't complain and feel no shame No, we can't be friends Keep your excuses on your tongue Swear to god this time I'm done Woohoo This is goodbye You can yell and you can scream and you can lie and you can cry Lord, it's finally time Keep your whiskey on the floor, won't be seeing you no more woohoo Keep those excuses on your tongue, swear to god this time I'm done woo Keep your kisses on your lips, take your hands off my hips woohoo I won't be back no more
6.
You're never willing to take yes for an answer I could've been your private dancer Images in your magic mirror that move faster than they appear Pretty little feline Soaking up the sunshine Standing in the spotlight Every morning Whatchoowant? Everybody's waiting What you want You're depreciating You're never willing to take uncertain chances Always stack the cards in your favor Put your money where your madness is Put your faith in the hands of the saviour Daddy's on a new shift Pickin from a new vine Valentino necktie Engines burning whatchoo want? Everybody's waiting what you want? You're depreciating whatchoowant? I can't put my finger on it whatchoowant? I just know I want it too

A sunny day on the vacant lot a silent calm is all around I don’t know if I shoud or not but I will try I heard everything she said to me “Dont take life too seriously” It didn’t hit me till the other day that we’ll be just fine cus’ I.AM.U and U.R.ME The howlin’ winds picked up that day (A sunny day can’t last forever) and I knew everything was gonna be okay I felt the blues bouncing off the reds (Your heart will change the field forever) I just knew everything was in my head, it’s alright 7 A.M. I’m on an early rise and I think I’m headed to the show could it be sparkle in your eyes cus’ I saw the slight and it showed me the way, to a better day
8.
Move On 08:55
We will move on Oh dont you know, its a fallacy and it won’t be up to me now? It’s your hipocrisy, dont be a fool, just wait; you’re exactly where you need to be I’m scared you might run too far to see We will move on
9.
Deep Soil 07:45
Tumbling down to follow the stream, it lead me to a doorway of unbroken dreams The city seems so distant, yet close to the shore, a couple days we cant look back, a couple days some more, we cant look back no more We all live together, and theres no dividing lines A family cant come closer to a tide thats churning blue, until the sands are all dried up and we refuse to move, and there’s nothing left to lose when we all refuse to move

about

I will take this opportunity to say that this conglomeration of songs was written in the spirit of the communal home I, (Ji #), currently reside in
and most of them written within this energy filled home we call The Lighthouse.
The Spirit of the house is noticeable the moment you walk in with the sight of art displayed throughout the house, musical instruments crowding our rooms and the sounds of children playing and laughing. Not only is the physical space comfortable but there is a certain resonance that people feel when entering the home that exhumes (in this day an age), an unfamiliar yet blissful feeling of being in a safe space. As you can guess this attracts the genuine characters of our community.

Resulting from the experiences of living in this communal home, are continually lots of lessons that help in understanding things like:
Communal existing, Emotional Intelligence, Interdependence and reaching a Healthy Living State. Included with all these lessons, The Lighthouse has sparked the inspiration in the form of music and poetry and with help from the wonderful craftsmanship and songwriting of Yo, Luke, and Matt - the resulting outcome is the magic you will hear on our debut album.

Many thanks and love to Steven, MJ, Aaron and Susannah.
